Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in IT, experience in mining company is a plus
3. Strong knowledge about Customer Service Skills, Technical proficiency of Hardware & Software End User Computing, Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Skills, IT Security Awareness, Basic Knowledge of Networking & Configuring Network Devices (First level Support).
4. Have any training/certificates related to technical support and networking
5. Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on a roster basis
