Lowongan SENIOR HR MANAGER (HR & Legal Background)
Requirements:
1. Minimal Bachelor’s degree in LAW from reputable university is a must.
2. Minimal 10 years experiences in the same position.
3. Have experiences in EPCI for Oil and Gas company is a must.
4. Knowledge of general business law and procedures.
5. Advanced knowledge of legislation governing human resources and labor relations.
6. Excellent knowledge in Civil and Corporate law.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
8. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
9. Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
10. Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
11. Able to join immediately.
